These Terms of Service govern the use of Noviclay Inc’s website and computer training services. By using our website, requesting information, booking training, approving a program, or making payment, you agree to these terms.
Company Services
Noviclay Inc provides computer training services, including computer basics, digital literacy support, business software training, coding fundamentals, online learning support, technology workshops, learning resource preparation, progress tracking, and training program coordination.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate learner information, training goals, schedule availability, service instructions, required software access when applicable, and any documents or materials needed for training.
- Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or payments may affect training timelines and deliverables.
Scope of Services
Each service is based on an approved booking, invoice, training plan, service description, or written agreement. Services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or written approval.
Payments
Payments may be required before training begins, at milestones, or according to the approved service schedule. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Noviclay Inc.
Service Delivery
Training services may be delivered through in-person sessions, virtual sessions, email communication, scheduled meetings, written materials, digital learning resources, progress notes, approved training plans, and agreed service timelines.
Learning Outcomes
Noviclay Inc provides professional training support but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, certification results, test scores, platform approvals, or third-party decisions. Results depend on learner participation, attendance, practice, prior knowledge, and other factors.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Noviclay Inc handles refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, digital materials, computer training sessions, workshops, and program service payments.
Refund Eligibility
- The training service has not yet started.
- No assessment, training plan, curriculum preparation, administrative setup, instructor scheduling, consultation, or class session has been performed.
- No books, digital tools, printed materials, classroom supplies, software fees, vendor fees, or program-specific expenses have been incurred.
- The cancellation request is submitted before the agreed service start date.
Non-Refundable Services and Costs
Refunds are generally not available for completed training sessions, completed workshops, instructor preparation already performed, training plans already prepared, assessments already completed, digital materials already delivered, printed materials already created, software subscriptions or training platforms already purchased, administrative setup already completed, or services delivered according to the approved scope.
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions may be non-refundable when the client does not provide advance notice. Rescheduling may be offered based on instructor availability and program rules.
